T.I. and his wife Tameka ‘Tiny’ Harris have been sued for sexual assault once again.

And, as before, the Hip-Hop power couple are not taking the allegations lying down.

According to TMZ, the rapper and the singer have been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman they met in a nightclub.

Per the suit, the alleged incident took place in 2005 and is has been allowed to be filed by way of amends to California’s Sexual Abuse and Cover Up Accountability Act – which allows allegations that otherwise would have been time-barred by the statute of limitations to proceed.

The accuser filed the complaint anonymously as a Jane Doe.

Stationed in LA (or thereabout) in 2005 while enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, she says she attended a party at the home of now-deceased rapper Coolio.

While there, she says she met a man named “Caviar’ – who allegedly worked for T.I. and Tiny.

The couple were notably not at that party. However, according to the accuser, Caviar advised that they would be at another LA club the next night. At which point she would be able to meet T.I. and Tiny in the V.I.P. area.

Said meet is what set the wheels in motion for the alleged assault.Upon being introduced to the couple that next night, the woman says she ordered two alcoholic beverages of her own before allegedly being handed a different drink by Tiny – who she asserts did not sip on the drink.

She claims she and the friend she had with her drank the drink allegedly given to her.

At a later stage, T.I. opted to leave the club and the Jane Doe days he asked her to ride with him and Tiny. Her friend was told to ride with Caviar. The understanding was that they were heading to the same destination.

In the end, the woman says that is not what transpired.

Instead, two other women joined them in the car and they collectively ended up at in a hotel.

The suit alleges the newly added duo were booted out by Tiny for overtly flirting with T.I.

Once down to the three of them, the woman says Tiny took both of their clothes off in the bedroom before a naked T.I. joined them. They then ventured to the shower together and that’s when the woman says she started to feel light-headed.

It’s claimed that T.I. then motioned for her to go to the bed. He would allegedly join her, handing her oil to give him a massage. Tiny is said to have got into the mix, pinning the down and grinding her naked body on her.

While this was allegedly occurring, T.I. is said to have penetrated the woman with his toe as she told him “no” and attempted to push him away.

As T.I. allegedly got up to get a condom, the woman says she went to the bathroom to vomit. The rapper is quoted as allegedly asking her “Are you alright?” before mockingly adding “Looks like you in last place.”

The woman claims she passed out and woke up the next morning, noting that her “vagina was in serious pain” and both itching and burning. She asserts that a security guard informed her that she had to go – escorting her out while T.I. and Tiny were still sleeping on the bed.
