According to recently obtained legal documents, a Los Angeles courtroom won’t see T.I. and Tiny after accusations stemming from reports they drugged and sexually assaulted a woman in 2005 made headlines earlier this year.

Despite allegations from over 30 women across multiple states (as we previously reported), the couple has publicly denied any occurrences of non-consensual sex – even suggesting the claims were extortion attempts.

“We vehemently deny ALL these disgusting, anonymous allegations,” T.I. said earlier this year. “We ain’t never forced nobody, we ain’t never drugged nobody against their will, we ain’t never held nobody against their will, we ain’t never made nobody do anything.”

Much like the allegations of sexual misconduct filed in Las Vegas (which allegedly happened in 2010), the LA instance was deemed ‘outside the statute of limitations.’  Thusly, no charges will be filed for either report.

As of time reported, no official announcement has been made regarding a criminal investigation of the other claims. [source]
