With her new song Big Latto is reminding music lovers that she’s ‘Big Mama.’
The newest taste of what the GRAMMY nominee is set to serve aboard her forthcoming album ‘Sugar Honey Iced Tea‘ (the follow-up to 2022’s Gold-certified ‘777‘), the new song’s drop comes the very same weekend it’s scheduled to make its live TV premiere aboard the 2024 BET Awards.
“Love when he call me Big Mama, yeah, that get the coochie wet / Ho better stick to TikTokin’, mean that with all disrespect / I was a virgin ‘fore I met you, baby, I don’t have a ex / Thought I told you b-tches, I pull up in twenty Cadillacs (Skrrt), yeah / Money long, cheetah thong, thick as hell, Georgia Dome,” she spits over the Coupe and Oz-produced track.
Accompanied by a wet and wild music video filmed in Miami, hop inside to see the Magic City action.
Ewwww she is struggling to get a hit after Big D Energy
If she’s after a hit, she needs to improve pre chorus / chorus / bridge – most of her songs lack a catchy hook. Not sure why she’s trying to be a rap girl when she’s better off leaning more towards pop. Especially this early in her career. I appreciate her trying. But there’s something about the tone of her voice that’s off. Like this in song, her chorus sounds like an early demo. Lyrics are so bad. Whoever approved this does not want her to win.
Those are great lyrics for young ladies to aspire too. Way to go ma’am.
She’s such a lame LOL. This sounds exactly like a S*** Redd and Drake reject sample song. She has no identity and will try anything to see if it sticks.
The issue with Latto is that she really thinks she Nicki Minaj. Like Seriosuly
