It may be summertime in London town, but it was Kylie Minogue who brought the scorching heat with her epic set at BST Hyde Park 2024.
The legendary diva dazzled with her headlining performance at this year’s installment of the annual extravaganza – which also featured showings from the likes of Anitta and Ella Henderson.

Housed on a stage that was fittingly seismic in scale, the icon kicked off the set with a pulsating rendition of ‘Tension’ – the title track of her latest studio album.
Symbolically, the move felt emblematic of the enduring nature of Minogue’s career. A theme she would address directly later in the show.
Tempo served as the key ingredient of the night, with the superstar skillfully commanding the colossal crowd with a steady flow of dancefloor bangers.
And the magic wasn’t just embedded in the songs themselves, but notably in Minogue’s seasoned ability to ignite them live too.
Indeed, together with her troop of dancers (and there were many), the GRAMMY winner paired slick choreography with her trademark charisma to epic effect.
Sashaying between the fierce and the friendly, she had the audience in the palm of her hand whether powering through a potent showing of ‘Padam Padam,’ seducing with ‘Slow,’ or embracing nostalgia with ‘Locomotion.’ It truly was a masterclass.
Minogue’s vocal prowess, which isn’t celebrated enough, shone in earnest too. Showcasing the length and breadth of her range, the songbird took impressive flight with ‘Confide In Me’ and confidently belted acapella to cuts such as ‘2 Hearts’ and ‘I Should Be So Lucky’ during a warming segment in which she took audience requests.
Ever present and engaged with the sold-out crowd, the 56-year-old seized the moment to celebrate the concept of time. Reflecting on the 9 years since she last headlined BST, Minogue expanded to toast the four-plus decades of her career and the many generations that make up her adoring supporters. The lean-in to a topic others avoid not only reminded of her broad reach and commitment to evolution but also reaffirmed why she’s considered and received as one of Pop’s most warmingly genuine titans.
In joyfully looking back, the performer is also looking forward.
For, Minogue’s penultimate showing of the evening was an electrifying performance of ‘My Oh My’ – her new single with Bebe Rexha and Tove Lo, both of whom joined her on-stage for the performance.
A night to remember from a legend that will never be forgotten.

Queen!!!! She’s pretty much the queen of music! Can’t name a single female artist that’s transcended through different decades. It just shows Kylie’s star power. No female artist can touch her stats. Period
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Kylie is such a neutral beauty unlike her lessors Janet and Madonna. They all looking old and plastic.
Kylie is a nobody outside of Aussie and UK. The legends you attempted to shade are WORLDWIDE boo😘
Excuse you, hunnie, the legends that you claimed haven’t achieved a worldwide hit since 2010s. Padam Padam was a WORLDWIDE hit. Go gag on some Barbecued snags. Besides Granet and Grandona are aging terribly like they are about to hit 80s. Kylie is still looking like she is still in her early 30s.
Need her to hurry up and do a US tour
