Because the R&B belle has officially announced her new mixtape ‘While We Wait 2.’

Kehlani began teasing the set a mere matter of weeks after the June release of her ‘After Hours’ housing LP.
Now, she has revealed that the mixtape will be released next Wednesday (August 28).
She also shared the striking cover for the collection, which serves as a thematic sequel to 2019’s ‘While We Wait.’
After weeks of well-documented personal dramas, it’s clear Kehlani is reaffixing the focus on her music.
News of ‘While We Wait 2’ comes ahead of the September 4 launch of the Crash Tour.

Content content content. I think Kehlani finally understands the assignment. It’s works for Taylor.. worked for Drake (although this might change since his L). Worked for Rihanna and Ariana when they were doing something like a new album / era a year. Feed your fans with “decent” music regularly or they’ll move on. Kehlani shouldn’t take long breaks in between projects, she’s not established enough. Hmmmm Cardi should be on album 5 by now.
