Self-proclaimed “Princess of Christmas” Jennifer Hudson gave viewers of Friday’s episode (October 18) of her talk show a royal treat when she unveiled the very first live performance of the new song ‘Santa for Someone.’
“I gotta be, gotta be, gotta be, gotta be / A Santa for someone (Mm) / The list is extensive, it’s all too expensive / But I just can’t quit ’til it’s all done,” she sang.
Crafted by GRAMMY-winning producer Federico Vindver, ‘Santa’ is one of many gems found aboard the EGOT-winning diva’s recently released holiday album ‘The Gift of Love.’
Backed by a full band and troop of background singers (including her fellow ‘American Idol‘ alum George Huff), hop inside to see how Hudson fared delivering the first live taste of offerings from her inaugural yuletide-flavored LP.

She’s a good singer but she stills over so fa and very boring. She really needs to find someone who knows how to choose better songs for her voice. I’m so over her Eiffel voice it’s kept her in that boxx
