Despite awaiting a 2025 criminal trial for federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and more, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs continues to get slammed by civil suits from accusers who claim to have been victims of his alleged sexual predatory behavior.
A mounting tally that’s already over 135 lawsuits strong, Combs can now add another to that growing list as a personal trainer has come forward saying the embattled mogul once drugged and repeatedly sexually assaulted him.
In court documents filed Sunday (October 20), the victim (who went by “John Doe” to maintain anonymity) claims he was an attendee of one of Diddy’s infamous award show afterparties in 2022.
While there, he says the now-54-year-old drugged him and passed his body around “like a party favor” for other attendees to also perform non-consensual sexual acts on him.
“Eventually, a business associate of Combs guided [the] plaintiff from a large room illuminated with red lights into a smaller room. There, the Plaintiff observed approximately a dozen individuals, including several well-known figures, who were engaging in group-sex activities,” the lawsuit read before claiming Combs “removed [the plaintiff’s] pants and began performing non-consensual oral sex onto him” after noticing his disorientation.
“John” claims he was forced to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) at the time of incident.
“While in and out of consciousness, individuals at the party forced Plaintiff into sexual acts with both men and woman,” Doe’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, claimed. “[The] plaintiff’s physical disposition made it impossible for him to reject their advances or otherwise control his body.”
As the story gained steam, a rep for Combs took to press to deny the accusation.
“The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number,” the spokesperson said before sharing, “Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”
So Jay was f Diddy? What was the relationship?
