Diddy has been denied bail for a third time, as his legal woes worsen.

U.S District Judge Arun Subramanian formally rejected the embattled mogul’s bid for freedom as he awaits trial on federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution

The decision on the matter had been delayed as Subramanian requested more information on Diddy’s communications with others while he has been behind bars.

Prosecutors claimed that the star – born Sean Combs – had been attempting to influence potential jurors via posts on his social media and remained a risk. His defense doubled down on claims that he was being unfairly treated.

A $50 million bail package was put on the table but was ultimately denied.

Judge Arun Subramanian relayed that there was a serious risk of witness tampering as well as direct evidence of Combs’ violence – namely the 2016 video of his violence towards Cassie.

Diddy’s trial commences on May 5, 2025.
