Diddy’s Sons File Cease & Desist Over Sale of Controversial Kim Porter Memoir

As Sean “Diddy” Combs continues to advocate for his freedom from prison after being indicted on federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, two of his sons are looking to lock up a controversial book about their late mother Kim Porter.

Christian Combs and Quincy Brown are taking legal action against Courtney Burgess for his role in attempting to publish what’s believed to be excerpts from Porter’s diary.

Burgess is also known to be a witness in the federal case against daddy Combs after claiming to have sex tapes of the disgrace mogul with other A-list celebrities.

Compiling the alleged Porter quotes for the memoir ‘Tell It All,’ the book – authored under the pseudonym “Jamal Millwood” – contains damning commentary about Diddy, some of which could be used against him in his 2025 trial.

Brown and brother argue they are the true heirs to Porter’s intellectual properties after her untimely death in 2018, and – as a result – would be entitled to full ownership of anything resembling manuscripts from her diaries, etc.

Although Burgess has already gone on a press tour to promote the book (which is currently available online), Diddy’s kids issued a cease and desist to the author’s lawyer telling her he has 5 days to take it off the market and account for its sales to date or else they could potentially sue.

At the time of this report Courtney nor his attorney has made a public statement about the Combs kids’ threat.
