Saweetie may have recently made headlines (that she later slammed) for rumors she had stolen Latto‘s alleged boyfriend 21 Savage, but now it appears she is looking to steal a page from the ‘Big Energy‘ hitmaker’s playbook by locking in studio time with Mariah Carey.

While Saweetie’s list of high-profile features is nothing to shake a stick (see: LL Cool J, HER, Jhene Aiko, GloRilla, Gwen Stefani, Doja Cat, French Montana, Trina, Latto, and more), she’s made no secret of her desire to collaborate with some of the biggest names in music history.

Having previously made headlines for name-dropping the likes of Beyonce, Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, and Cardi B, the ‘Tap In‘ performer recently revealed she’s hoping to tap in to some studio time with the Songbird Supreme.

Tapped to be the spokeswoman for Forever 21’s “Forever Naughty, Forever Nice” holiday campaign, Saweetie sat down with the fashion retailer to answer ’21 Questions’ which included quizzing about who was atop her current collaboration wishlist.

“It would be the Queen of the Winter Time – Miss Mariah Carey. Who else,” the rapstress asked in response. “I’m an Icy Girl and she’s an Icy woman. Set it up please!”

The revelation comes as Saweetie’s patient fans, affectionately called the #ICYGang, await official news about her serially delayed debut album ‘Pretty B*tch Music‘ that was originally slated to hit shelves in summer 2021.

Could the MC collaboration land on that project’s track list? Only time will tell.
