The Brooklyn Drill star has been locked up since January and is facing five serious charges after allegedly pointing a gun at a woman who asked him for a jumpstart on New Year’s Day.
Police say he threatened her, was spotted on surveillance, and was ID’d by multiple witnesses.
But here’s the twist – no gun was ever recovered.
Fivio’s longtime attorney, Adam Lustberg isn’t buying it. He tells TMZ the case is “one of the flimsiest cases” he’s seen in his 21 years of practicing law.
