The Pop starlet returns with her new single, ‘Yippee-Ki-Yay.‘ Dropping on Thursday, (March 27), the track features T-Pain, adding a nostalgic touch to her exciting comeback.
Now an independent artist, Kesha will release the track via her own imprint Kesha Records. She has already unlocked two singles under the label, ‘Joyride‘ and ‘Delusional.’
Kesha recently revealed that her sixth studio album is complete:
“JUST TURNED IN MY ALBUM… TO MYSELF.”
With a global distribution deal through ADA, Kesha now controls her music entirely. This move empowers her to take full creative ownership and marks a significant step in her career.
This new chapter follows the settlement of Kesha’s defamation lawsuit with Dr. Luke in 2023. The legal battle came years after Kesha sued the producer in 2014, accusing him of physical, sexual, and emotional abuse.
Now, free from the past, Kesha is fully embracing her independence and creativity.
