In a fiery cease and desist sent by West’s lawyer, Kathy Johnson, the rapper alleges Kardashian left 11-year-old North West alone in a car during the 2025 MET Gala while she hit the carpet in couture.
However, that’s just the start.
The mogul claims his ex-wife has been violating their custody agreement by restricting his access to their four children and ignoring his wishes to keep North off TikTok and out of the spotlight.
The former couple, who divorced in 2021, technically share joint custody, with West shelling out $200,000 a month in child support. However, the Hip-Hop polarizer says he hasn’t seen Saint this year (despite photos suggesting otherwise) and claims he is using North for “personal or commercial gain.”
The SKIMS owner’s camp has clapped back, saying Ye rarely asks to see the kids.
Suffice it to say, the soap opera that is Kanye West’s everything shows no signs of letting up.
Kanye, quit being ridiculous. You put lots of babies in Kim. You knew she was a heaux that got pimped by her mother before you even dated her. What did you think she was going to do to your daughters? North will end up like Kim, or like your current wife. No clothes in public next to a man exploiting her for his pleasure. Please, sit down.
