Despite enjoying two days less of commercial availability than next week’s once-expected Billboard 200 champ Justin Bieber, Rap collective Jackboys (led by Travis Scott) are set to see their name printed atop the chart’s next iteration.
Released Monday (July 13), ‘Jackboys 2‘ – the long-awaited conceptual follow-up to 2019’s ‘Jackboys‘ – arrived as a star-studded, 17-track project featuring the likes of Future, Playboi Carti, Tyla, GloRilla, NBA Youngboy, and many more.
After just a day of availability, industry analysts are already predicting the set will shift a whopping 253,000 copies by the end of this sales tracking period.
If proven true, the LP will leapfrog over Bieber’s surprise-dropped ‘Swag‘ album – the previously projected Billboard 200 champion – which is now forecasted to move 165,000 units in the same timeframe and land at #2.
Hip-Hop brother duo Clipse, with new album ‘Let God Sort Em Out,’ are expected to debut at #4 with their first album since 2009 thanks to predicted sales of approximately 90,000.
If the projection rings true, the arrival will tie their previous Billboard 200 best – the #4-peaking ‘Lord Willin’ (2002).
