Moments ago, Judge Arun Subramanian rejected Diddy’s legal team’s request for his release pending sentencing on the two counts of transportation for prostitution he was found guilty.
As reported, Diddy was found not guilty of sex trafficking and racketeering.
In the aftermath of the verdict being handed down, his family celebrated in anticipation of a light sentence (given his first-time offender status).
Attorneys for Cassie, whose testimony was central to the case, sent a letter to the judge, asking that Diddy not be granted bail.
