Moments ago, the Television Academy revealed the winners of the 77th Emmy Awards in its highly specialized juried categories. These salute standout achievements in animation, costume, emerging media programming, and motion design.
Officially presented as part of the Creative Arts Emmy Awards at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles on September 6 and 7. A streamlined broadcast airs September 13 on FXX.
Produced by Jesse Collins Entertainment and the diva’s Parkwood Entertainment, ‘Beyonce Bowl’ saw the superstar perform the NFL’s first-ever Christmas Day Game Halftime show in her hometown of Houston.
It takes home the Emmy for Outstanding Costumes for Variety, Nonfiction or Reality programming.
Beyonce herself shares design credit alongside Shiona Turini, with an extensive creative team bringing the vision to life.
Interestingly, unlike traditional Emmy races, juried categories skip the nominee stage completely. In this sphere, peer-group experts assess each entry in granular detail, weighing their merits in open forum discussion ahead of finalizing whether the work deserves Emmy recognition.
And in Beyonce’s case, it was a touchdown!

Nobody plays a WHITE woman better than Beyonce, bey did it in OBSESSED and delivered one of the most INCREDIBLE acting performances I’ve ever seen. My fav scene is when she murdered the lady that mole tested her child in the back seat of that car. I’m still to this day Shocked she didn’t win an Oscar for that iconic role.
Ahh! No wonder Taylor strategically announced her album the day b4! Bey & Rih used to do stuff like this. Bey hoped to go #1 on Rih’s bday by dropping the wk b4 – she went #2, then #1 the following week…., or Bey dropped self titled on Taylors bday in 2013 in a “Im celebrating every time u celebrate h**” style lol ..she knew Bey had the possibility of winning the emmy and was gonna be in the news so she wanted to jump in front of it. We’ve watched this for years. Friendly competition 😉 Jayz has a history of doing it too. Last albums, EVERYONE dropped b4 Taylor even tho she announced hers first at the grammys. Ariana, Bey, and a few more…Billie tried but Tay added new vinyls or something which made her go #2 and she was mad lol. (they knew they couldnt knock her off the top spot). We’ll see when Bey announces & drops. I BET it’ll be b4 Taylor ..only time will tell
