Just days after announcing new music with Sexyy Red and Saucy Santana, rapper-singer Lil Nas X may soon be singing to a judge after he was reportedly booked by the Los Angeles Police Department for allegedly attacking a police officer.
As reported here, the 26-year-old made headlines on Thursday (August 21) after a video surfaced of him walking down Ventura Boulevard in Los Angeles in underwear and cowboy boots.
Seemingly incoherent at the time, LNX (born Montero Hill) danced for passersby and recited random song lyrics until the LAPD responded to calls and complaints early that a nearly nude Black man was acting erratically on the street.
Reports have it he was arrested for battery of an officer and subsequently transferred to a hospital on suspicion of a potential overdose. At writing, the substance said to have led to the condition has not been revealed.
Earlier this week, Lil Nas X – who has been uncharacteristically quiet since his failed musical comeback attempt and health scare earlier this year – wiped his Instagram page before updating it with teases of releasing previously unheard songs with Saucy Santana and Sexyy Red as well as a separate tune with Lil Jon.
At writing, Hill has not made a statement about his arrest and hospitalization.

this was his very 1st arrest and i think its for the best he has no bond..to keep him in check,also if i nvr made lil nas and yai break up in 2021 then he probably wouldnt be losing his mind..yai was against the lil nas baby bump thing bcoz yai is a good man who respects women bodies and yai posted about respecting womens bodies..i didnt want lil nas having fake love like george micheal did with fadi ..so i broke yai and lil nas i feel bad for that
