‘You Should’ve Told Me‘ hitmaker Kelly Price is telling off longtime critics who have made what she deems “disrespectful” comments about her appearance over the years.

Via an explosive rant during a recent live session on social media, the Gospel and R&B songstress lit into detractors who have attacked her weight, wardrobe, and even singing style.
“I’m still going to be selling our theaters and venues looking like a fat slob in clothes you say I look nasty in, and my feet are so damned big and who dressed me” she said angrily. “I’m still gonna be making my money.”
And while she did not expressly share what tipped her over the edge, it’s clear Price has simply grown weary of the naysayers.
“I don’t [usually] do this, but I’m so sick of Black people and their bullsh-t,” the ‘Tired‘ singer relayed.
The 9x GRAMMY nominee took particular umbrage with Black women and their criticisms.
“Black women you are some of the most nasty, disrespectful people on God’s planet Earth. The things that you say about other Black women…find yourself,” she said before branding them “keyboard thugs.”
As her heated rant is picking up steam and backlash on social media, it’s undoubtedly reminiscent of fury incited by her fellow R&B diva Muni Long just four months ago.
The ‘Hrs & Hrs’ songstress got more than her fair share of hours atop headlines for making incendiary claims about Black women.
“It’s only ever Black women that say they don’t like my personality cause I’m being myself. I’m acting just like your raggedy mama and your aunties with them ashy cankles. This is how they act, but something is wrong with my personality…Take a look in a mirror hoe, you don’t like you,” Long said at the time.
And though she even went on to reiterate her stance at the height of blowback, the drama around her comments has since cooled.
Only time will tell if Kelly will take the same approach of doubling down or apologize for her statements.

Each of them did exactly what they accuse other Black women of doing. They want others to look in the mirror while refusing to do the same, as they stoop down to the very level they are claiming to despise. I wish people would stop labeling a whole group based on what they see from their limited viewpoint, in this case based on the limited number of Black women that they are exposed to and interact with. The Black women that said those things do not represent all Black women. How can they be so narrow minded? You can use your platform to correct people without muting your own message by stooping down to their level and contradicting yourself.
If you are still gonna sell and be in theaters and arenas without the hateful comments then why address it.
Now why would you attack your target audience like that 🤡
Exactly they will throw away everybody that’s supporting them over a few loud and wrong voices. You’re famous it comes with the territory. Just make ya money n ignore the haters. How she don’t know that at her big age?
Kelly has always been one to publicly air out her grievances instead of leaning into and leading with the things that are going right. She’s an exhausting negative nag. She reminds of old school church folk who are perpetually mad for no reason.
LMAO her big nasty ass has some nerve. 😭
Kelly went online and said fugg all y’all after receiving some earth shattering bomb ass d*ck. I don’t need you hos, I got what I need lol
Go Kelly Go!!!
