Cardi B and Stefon Diggs may have just confirmed that they’re expecting their first baby together, but another woman claims the NFL star already welcomed a daughter earlier this year.

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, model Aileen Lopera (who goes by Lord Gisselle on Instagram), accused the New England Patriots star of fathering her 5-month-old baby girl.

Per Lopera’s filing (which was first submitted back in December 2024), the “petitioner is currently pregnant with [Diggs’] unborn child.”

At the time, she requested legal and physical custody but allowed Diggs visitation.

The NFL star denied paternity in his response and asked for genetic testing. He also stated that if proven to be the father, he wants joint custody and joint payment of “reasonable expenses” tied to the pregnancy and birth.

Elsewhere, the documents reveal that Lopera named the baby Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera – using the footballer’s surname.

Lopera’s lawyer, Tamar G. Arminak, told the publication:

“My client looks forward to the day Mr. Diggs acknowledges and provides for his infant daughter in Los Angeles.”

Reps for Diggs haven’t commented.

Interestingly, Cardi and Diggs have been linked since October 2024, ahead of going public in May 2025.
