UK rapper Ghetts is engulfed in a legal firestorm after being charged in the wake of the death of a 20-year-old man.

The revered MC stands accused of the drink-driving hit-and-run, which occurred on October 18 on Redbridge Lane in Ilford, East London.
Ghetts, born Justin Clarke-Samuel, allegedly failed to stop after hitting the victim, according to the Metropolitan Police.
The award-winning star, 41, appeared at Stratford Magistrates’ Court on October 20, the same day the man died in hospital.
He was initially charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
Yet, with the passing of the victim, the indictment is expected to change to causing death by dangerous driving at the next hearing at Barkingside Magistrates on Monday, 27 October.
Beyond his musical achievements, Ghetts earned praise for his role in the Netflix hit, ‘Supercell.’
