Katy had one chance for her comeback, absolutely wrecked by that embarrassing first single…….. she’s way too out of touch. It’s all smoke and mirrors. And this trailer proves it, like where are the vocals. Where’s the melody? Whats the concept? Whoever’s in her team needs firing. She clearly should have jumped on the country bandwagon when the genre was up there. Heck, even Tate got a hit out of it. Literally an album like….with the vibes of the one that got away would have worked much better than 143 🤮, no more over the top cringe comedy. In this day and age, bland mayo vocals aren’t the issue, it’s delivering a concept that actually has depth. It’s like Katy, her team / label don’t know how to package her. Like what has she been doing outside of music. At this point, she’s just not relevant. And to think, she was once as successful as……
