Megan Thee Stallion returned to court this week to confront the blogger she says helped weaponize lies against her. The Houston hitmaker took the stand in her defamation case against Milagro ‘Gramz’ Cooper.

According to testimony reported by HotHipHop and obtained by additional outlets, Megan revealed the devastating emotional toll of the smear campaign, admitting there was a point where:
“I genuinely didn’t care if I lived or died.”
She described waking up exhausted by the constant attacks but refusing to harm herself, stating:
“I felt like no way I mattered. No way I should even be living. I don’t want to be here. I’m tired of waking up. I just wanted to die. I was so tired of being alive. […] I’m not going to kill myself because I’m not going to give them what they’re looking for.”
The case stems from Gramz’s commentary during the Tory Lanez trial, which included dismissive claims, conspiracy theories, and even a deepfake porn video circulated to discredit Megan.
The trial has also unearthed alleged payments from Lanez’s father to Gramz, which she claims were for “kids’ birthdays” and promo, not misinformation. Megan’s former manager testified that the deepfake scandal forced the rapper into $240K worth of therapy.
Now, Megan hopes telling her story will empower other women to speak their truth.
