Zara Larsson may have seen ‘Midnight Sun,’ the title track from her September-released fifth studio album, rise all the way into the top 20 of Billboard’s Dance Charts, but now she’s making a bid to see it dance into the Hot 100.
Joining forces with an unexpected guest star, GRAMMY-winning R&B diva Muni Long, Larsson gives the MNEK and Margo XS-produced bop an even more rhythmic revamp.
“It’s the midnight sun-kissed skin under the red sky / Layin’ on your chest like this / Hold me like the pebbles in your hand, initials in the sand, yeah / Summer isn’t over yet,” they sing over the upbeat chorus.
