Aya Nakamura has debuted her fifth studio album, ‘Destinée.’
The French-Malian music maestra has proven an unstoppable force, waving the flag for the Francophone music scene on a global scale.
Toasting the interconnectedness of the music scene, the Afro-Pop powerhouse teams with the likes of Shenseea, Kali Uchis, and JayO on the 18-song set.
The release of ‘Destinée‘ comes after Aya made history by announcing three massive live dates at Paris’ Stade de France on May 29, 30 & 31, 2026. With the shows, which instantly sold out, the 30-year-old became the youngest artist in history to perform three consecutive nights to the stadium’s full capacity (240,000 tickets).
Speaking on her latest effort, Aya gushed:
“I’m absolutely thrilled to be back with an album that’s truly me and, finally, to share it with all of my fans. Destinée is a piece of my soul, and announcing three sold-out Stade de France shows is like going full-circle. I can’t wait to share this incredible journey with you all.”
