The Weeknd's 'After Hours Til Dawn' Tour Crosses $1 Billion, Becomes Highest-Grossing Tour by Male Solo Artist

The Weeknd has officially joined the billion-dollar club.

For, his blockbuster ‘After Hours Til Dawn’ Tour has crossed a mega-milestone.

Full story below…

Moments ago, it was confirmed that the seismic trek has hit $1 billion mark in total earnings, making it the highest-grossing tour by a male solo artist in history.

The milestone arrives following the announcement of his 2026 international dates, which pushed total ticket sales past 7.5 million across 153 shows.

Since launching in 2022, the tour has spanned North America (twice), Europe, the UK, Latin America, and Australia.

The 35-year-old year old’s 2025 stadium run alone featured over 40 sold-out performances, shattering venue records across the U.S. and Canada.

He became the top-grossing Black male artist in the history of venues in New York, Denver, Santa Clara, Seattle, Edmonton, Montreal, Orlando, Arlington, and Houston.

At Toronto’s Rogers Centre, Abel broke the all-time record for most shows by a male solo artist on a single tour with six performances. In Los Angeles, he set the record for the most shows by a male solo artist at SoFi Stadium. And in Texas, he sold more tickets than any other artist this year.

There’s more!

Beyond the numbers, the tour has made a significant philanthropic impact. To date, more than $8.5 million from the trek has been donated to the XO Humanitarian Fund and Global Citizen, with additional proceeds from the 2026 run set to support World Food Program efforts.

Rather than resting on his laurels, the Canadian divo is keeping the pedal to the metal.

The next leg of the tour kicks off April 20, 2026, in Mexico City at Estadio GNP Seguro, with stops scheduled across Brazil, Paris, Amsterdam, Milan, London, Madrid, and more.

Produced by Live Nation and sponsored by Nespresso, it’s clear The Weeknd will keep shaking and stirring on the live scene for the foreseeable! Visit theweeknd.com/tour for ticket details.

Took 3 years. Guess he’s popular? I like only 2 of his songs, and both are duets. Don’t get the appeal, but bravo.

I can only into his 80s throwback sync pop/new wave sounds. Not feeling his R&B/ trap hop stuff. All songs sound the same.

You’re right. It’s the synth stuff that’s good. I’m absolutely tired of this trap b*******. It’s such garbage
