The number of career-firsts associated with RAYE‘s breakthrough global hit ‘Where Is My Husband’ shows no sign of slowing.
Since its September 2025 release, the Mike Sabath-produced tune has not only become RAYE’s first solo #1 hit in her native United Kingdom but also her inaugural top 20 hit in the United States.
Currently holding the personal record for her highest peak on the Hot 100 yet (#13), the cut is also her longest-charting solo smash on the tally having racked up an impressive 20 weeks (and counting) of appearances to date.
If those Billboard triumphs weren’t enough to trumpet, the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) took to press on Friday (February 13) to add even more to the pile of wins as ‘Husband’ has walked down the aisle to Platinum status in the USA.
For context, ‘Platinum’ refers to sales equivalence of 1 million units in the country.
The second single of her career certified as high, the Platinum certification of ‘Husband’ comes as her first unaccompanied track to be bestowed the plaque.
It follows 2022’s 070 Shake-assisted ‘Escapism‘ which currently sits at 2x Platinum.
