Born Caresha Brownlee, the former City Girls star is reportedly hard-at-work on her first solo album but found time to surprise fans when she took to social media on Wednesday (February 18) to drop her new song ‘News Flash.’
“This one was very personal to me. I’m standing in my truth and not apologizing for it. I put my confidence, survival, and pain in that song. I’m standing my ground and showing that I’m here now,” said Miami.
Addressing everything from going solo to that controversial 2019 shooting, the bass-buoyed ‘News’ comes as an appetizer before the Rap diva drops her official new single ‘Tea Time’ on Friday (February 20).
