Madonna has confirmed that ‘Confessions II – The Film’ will premiere globally on YouTube on June 8, offering fans a visual companion to her forthcoming album.
The announcement arrives just ahead of the film’s world premiere at New York’s Beacon Theatre as part of the Tribeca Festival, where the music icon will appear alongside directors David Toro and Solomon Chase for a special conversation moderated by Jimmy Fallon.
Described as an immersive visual experience built around the opening songs from the upcoming album, the project reportedly blends multiple interconnected sequences into one continuous cinematic piece.
The film also boasts an impressive lineup of guest appearances, including Kate Moss, Benedict Cumberbatch, Julia Garner, Gwendoline Christie, Arca, Honey Dijon, and Madonna’s daughter Lourdes Leon.
The visual arrives amid a busy rollout for ‘Confessions II,’ which lands July 3. So far, fans have been treated to singles including ‘I Feel So Free’, ‘Bring Your Love’ featuring Sabrina Carpenter, and most recently ‘Love Sensation.’
