Soulja Boy‘s ex-girlfriend is now attempting to collect on a multi-million dollar judgment against him. Specifically, she plans to have his music residuals sold off to recoup what she is owed.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the woman filed a notice announcing her intent to sell the rapper’s rights to collect music residuals from Broadcast Music to the highest bidder.
The sale will proceed unless Soulja objects.
She was awarded nearly $4 million following a jury trial that found the ‘Crank Dat’ rapper liable for sexual battery, infliction of emotional distress, and other claims. In her lawsuit, she claimed the romantic relationship, which began after he hired her as an assistant, quickly turned violent. She alleged he locked her in a room without food for days.
Soulja denied all claims of wrongdoing. His lawyer argued at the time that the evidence did not support the verdict. He admitted to the relationship but claimed he hired her to roll his blunts.
The jury ultimately sided with his ex, and now she is actively pursuing collection of the judgment.
