Produced by GRAMMY-nominated Kel-P, ‘Pushin finds Lavaud leaning into a sound that is sensual, self-assured, and demanding of movement.
Speaking on the track, the singer shared that the release is rooted in growth and transformation. She said:
“On the surface, it’s sensual, confident, and something you can vibe to. But underneath that, it’s about what happens when life keeps pushing you beyond your comfort zone.”
The track follows a steady run of releases from the performer, including ‘Change Clothes’ with hitmaker Pardison Fontaine, ‘3 AM In London’, and Tiwa Savage team-up, ‘Roll On Me’, which also featured Patoranking, Reekado Banks, and Kanis.
With a new project on the way later this year, Lavaud is making clear that she is pressing forward with purpose.
