Using the date to launch a double single release, music lovers were also treated to ‘I’d Rather Be Alone’ – a harmonically layered R&B-Pop breakup anthem.
“‘Cause, oh, I, I’d rather be alone, woah-woah / Than wait around for better with you / Oh, I, I’d rather be alone / Than spend my life holding on forever with you,” she wails over Zack Sekoff production.
