According to TMZ, Ray was streaming from Fab Factory on October 1 when he began experiencing health issues.
Emergency services were called, and footage from the broadcast showed paramedics attending to the ‘One Wish’ singer with medical equipment attached to his chest. His mother was also present during the stream.
Word is that the incident involved heart-related issues and that Ray was subsequently transported to hospital by ambulance. The outlet stresses that the call was strictly medical and that nothing suspicious is believed to have occurred.
The scare unfolded during ‘Rayhab,’ Ray’s ambitious 180-day streaming “subathon.” He is said to have been staying awake for extended stretches as part of the venture.
It marks another concerning chapter in what has already been a turbulent year for his health. In January, Ray revealed that his heart was functioning at just 25% following a hospitalization for pneumonia and heart complications.
He was hospitalized again in May after his viral MMA bout with Supa Hot Fire, with doctors reportedly monitoring a slowed heart rate.
Here’s wishing Ray a full, speedy recovery.
