Yes Lady Gaga is the queen of pop just like Britney Spears. I love her performance and her song. It is nice that thatgrapejuice put her performance on here. Who cares about how much her album would sell. Her album came out since on monday. Most people don’t care less about album these days they rather go for singles from albums. Singles are way better then albums these days.

Not everyone buys albums!!!! Some people just prefers to buy the singles that they like from their favorite artists albums. I personally prefers to buy only singers because when I brought albums I only finds a few singles that l liked or love from a 10 or 16 tracks albums from artists like Rihanna, Beyonce, Celine Dion Mariah Carey Whitney Houston, Britney Spears, Toni Braxton, Boyz 2 Men, New Edition, Christina Aguilera, etc…….I have brought their albums and have yet to find me loving all the tracks on their albums. No matter what Sam and others who might disapprove of Rihanna, Katy Perry, Britney Spears, etc….., their songs WILL be played and remembered many years from now whether we agree or disagree!!!!!

Every aspect of this era has been an improvement of the one before it as the Teenage Dream era was to OOTB. Gags meanwhile peaked with The Fame and has been in decline since.

Exactly! I agree.
She is obviously very talented and can sing (especially in the last two minutes of the performance). Her arrogance and pretentiousness has really irritated me for the past few years. With the Fame/Fame Monster eras, she was just having fun, her music videos were artsy/innovative/funny and irreverent, which was refreshing. Now she’s just shoving down our throats how “progressive” and “artistic” she is, which is really getting old. I think the public is tired of her. Still like this song though. Hopefully the failure of this era will cut her down to size so she can go back to the drawing board and come harder next time.

“Do what you want” is an amazing pop song. And that´s all that matters. I´m tired of all these stanning s***. Music is the important thing. And Gaga is very talented. Same with Mariah´s not very commercial single. The important thing is that it is a great song and the album looks like it will be top class. This generation is quickly forgetting what music and talent is and only focus on “cool” and “natural” or what they think it is.
