I love the Boondocks, but I don’t understand the angle with this season, which happens to be the last season, so far it’s not funny. What’s going on, Aaron? Please bring back the laughter before you leave us.

U.S./China relations in the metaphor of a kickball game. Good stuff. The tone is a lot similar to the strip in this season. I personally dig the balance between humor and commentary that he has going on right now.

Riddle me this…? When an episode is being racially ignorant, and personally attacking the President and his family, people think that it’s funnier than cat sh_t; but, when an episode emerges, and is funny for just funny’s sake, without any incendiary remarks and/or acerbic political statements, people are confused or sorely disappointed. Things that make you go “hmmm???” I don’t know if it’s just me, but I do not need to be degraded or insulted, nor do I need to insult others for a couple of laughs and a giggle….but maybe it’s just me….
Anyway, I loved this episode!!! This is what I enjoyed about this show, political satire without beating people over the head with it. Good stuff.
