Justin’s yet-to-be named new album will make its way to retailers on November 13th 2015 via Universal’s Island and will be led by the cut ‘What Do You Mean’ which hits the world this month.
Supporters of the formerly troubled star will be pleased to learn that the project features production from the producer Soundz (Nicki Minaj, Rihanna & Ciara) and ‘Empire’ bop-builder Poo Bear who is responsible for ‘Mean.’
The new album will mark the first Bieber release to drop since The Black Eyed Peas enlisted his manager Scooter Braun to serve as their’s.

Rumor mill has it the baddest female CL, might feature on his album as both are signed to scooter and both have worked on diplo + skrillex / jack ü projects and the fact scooter wants to push CL to Ariana and Justin levels.

YG says CL will release early next year which means she’ll be promoting from now on. Now that the dr pepper MV is out, she should do some more features and scooter should get her on the vma red carpet. They could even make her perform dr pepper loool
This is CL’s debut in the western world. She’s new and needs to get her name out there first. Look at nicki; started with features with Jeffree Star to Sean Kingston before her debut as a solo act.
