Well that didn’t take long.
A mere matter of hours after premiering new single ‘Used To Love You,’ Gwen Stefani has unveiled its accompanying video.
Directed by Sophie Muller, the visual – which is the first from the singer’s reworked third solo album – is sure to have folk talking.
Find out why below…
The lip-sync-less concept was ambitious, but one we’re not sure fully hits the mark it was aiming for.
In an era where video views ultimately help elevate songs on the chart, does this (in all its artsiness) have much replay value?
It was simple sometimes less is more and on that note i like it
Can any of you writers on this blog just comment on whether or not you think an artist’s work is good? Let Gwen’s team worry about numbers. And while I’m on the subject, you can spare us these quarterly articles filled with unsolicited advice on what Mariah Carey or Rihanna need to do to “save their careers.”
You don’t have to be here, you know that right?
Just like you didn’t have 2 read her comment, but you did right?
@WhatNow….those two aren’t really related you dumb b*tch as I have no issue with her. I was giving this girl a solution to her evident issue with this site. Go find out where your favs upcoming flop album is or something
Sh*t is boring. #sorry
Come through Gwen…. Show that scary bish Fergie how its done!
@ 1st found it slightly underwhelming, but now I get it. Do you Gwen.
Great artist. She looks amazing. She’s unique also.
Really? This song will do nothing for Gwen’s album and in an era where videos count it’s disappointing – a copy of a recent Sia video.
I kind of like the song.
Where is her album or Fergie´s though? 🙂 Not that I didn´t know, but it was hilarious to see some people really beleive they had made such an impressive mark (just because of some average numbers in the mid 00s) that they were going to have big comebacks now.
boring
Gwen you beta serve facial expressions covered c*** realness yasssss I live!
This sounds like a left over from Miley’s Bangerz and the styling is similar to wrecking ball. She was gone far too long and the market has changed the next best thing has taken her spot. I doubt she will have similar success as her 2004 work. She peaked and became boring after.
Awesome song and nice music video
