Kelly Rowland has been whetting appetites left and right with tastes of what she’s serving up on her highly anticipated, yet titled 5th studio album.
Now, in satiating old fans with teases of new music and gaining new ones via her stint on season 2 of breakout TV hit ‘Empire,’ the Grammy-winning songstress is not only lending the series her acting chops but also a note or two via their soundtrack.
Ready for some new new from Miss Kelly? We thought you’d be. Tuck in below for her remake of the stirring ballad ‘Mona Lisa’:
You can purchase the music from the episode on iTunes now.
Silky smooth voice Kelly
Smooth? Good, but nothing smooth about it. Very broadway (in a goodway).
Can’t wait for new album
Awesome
That was so beautiful. I will be going on iTunes
That voice was so strong. I loved her on empire lastnight.
Such a Strong yet soothing Voice….. Boy has she come a long way , Can’t wait for the first single. Sam a link to Kelly’s sound cloud was released today saying to go to her Official website tomorrow to hear No Pressure. I thought y’all would be on this by now
She did that!!! #Vocals
She sounds amazing! I’ve played the clip since yesterday about 30 times! I was hoping she had atleast 2 ballads on her new album.
Her and Letoya are the most beautiful DC members. The lead is aging like left out milk.
lol
Yessss I love her voice
When she was singing while “baptizing” her little boy in the bathtub, I SCREAMED! Not only because I was living for the vocals, but because it was disturbing to watch. I LOVE watching her scenes on the show. I hope she becomes a recurring character sometime later on.
Lol King Mark! You’re right though, I thought I was the only one thinking that, I think queen bee been smoking and drinking her self to old age…Letoya, Kelly, and Latavia have not aged…sorry Michelle
This is one of my favorite vocal performances from her ever. So clear and controlled.
Beautiful.
Beautiful, strong vocals. Love her stints on empire.
classy, with strong vocals, who knew? Its nice to hear something other than the but shaking foul lyrics from so many of our so called singers.
