Rihanna isn’t as skilled vocally as Amy or even beyonce however to say she can’t sing is just people throwing shade just because they like one sound or only comparing her with super mega vocalist. She can and that run wasn’t even bad at all. I’m not a rihanna fan but comparing Rihanna to Ciara or JLO vocally is just an insult. She’s also gotten a lot better since her start of career too.
