‘Fireman’ maestro Lil Wayne caused a firestorm of controversy after an interview with ABC’s ‘Nightline’ saw him slamming the ‘Black Live Matter’ movement.
When quizzed on his thoughts on the matter of police brutality and its impact (which spurred the BLM movement in the first place), Wayne replied:
“My life matters, especially to my b*tches.”
The quote above, part of a fiery rant that sent tongues wagging across the net, has not only gone viral, but has also gotten back to Wayne’s camp. Curious to know his response to the hoop-la?
Tuck in below to find out:
“When the reporter began asking me questions about my daughter being labeled a bitch and a hoe, I got agitated. From there, there was no thought put into her questions and my responses.”
“Apologies to anyone who was offended.”
Hes over, cancelled, NEXT!
Lol
Ya DONE! BIATCH!
Good lord he looks terrible!
FUC K THIS BITCHASS NIGG A!
F*** this c***
You call women Bs and h03s for decades and when it was flipped, or better yet, when this lady reminded you that YOUR daughter is the same as the other women you call that, You got upset. You’re connected to the destruction of the Black community, but not with the movement? See, that’s why I don’t spend money on rap music. And I don’t care about the excuses, Tupac would sat there and answer every question about issues. He even said that we must hold rappers accountable for what they say. He never got a dime from me, nor have any of his, oops, Birdman’s artist for that matter.
Very valid point. But…You don’t buy anything lets leave it at that. Plus your fave only cares about her coins and duplicating jamaicans to reach a higher platform than them bcuz shes well known, she’s a blk Miley Cyrus. Sorry not sorry.

He was probably high off of lean during this interview

Nicca poured his heart out on that “Mad” by Solange track only to talk smack about BLM. The f*ck? No apologies…Ya WASHED.
Ikr wonder what Solange thinks about this…
Hip Hop is Hip Hop, Rap is Rap.From Lil Kim to Biggie the list goes on. I am sure lil kim does not want her daughter to do the things she did, the same as Beyonce does not want Monicka lewinsky all down Blue Ivys jeans blouse whatever. The interview woman was being a b**** and as a human being he got pissed and f***** up.
Stop making excuses for this c***
Pouring his heart out, he spoke about himself and his issues throughout his whole verse in that song, not about black lives matter.
Solange’s whole album is about Black Lives Matter, with “Mad” being about black anger in particular. You ain’t know? So yeah, Wayne did pour his heart out over the Birdman situation. Being a black man with “coin” still don’t separate him from the Mike Browns or Trayvon Martins; 5-O could very well pop lead into his ignorant, rich, black ass especially with them dried up turd dreads (lawd). You either stand for or against us. It’s just like me saying I don’t care about black issues cuz I’m a yellow nicca which is bull cuz I’m still black!
I do not give a f*** about lil Wayne but he only featured on the song talking about issues that he has with other black members. You being a yellow nicca has nothing to do with what you stand for in terms of human rights, race relation etc. Your little example was pathetic little boys comparison. Your not an civil rights activist or anyone huge so get off the pedestal. He clearly stated that what happened to the men was a f***** up situation. I am black and I thinks its horrible what the police are doing but screaming black lives matter may not change that. I fend for myself when I wake up, no other race including my own are looking out for me apart from my blood. Does a gay black mans life matter? Infact don’t answer that. My freedom of speech is over and out. ?
He’s done career over.
And to think I learned your entire verse on SOLDIER. Smh
He’s f****** trash. Bye
He can keep it. He’s trash.
Ignorant fool who doesn’t deserve his success. Beyonce would never
I bet Lana would though.. Cuz clearly she don’t give a f*** about black lives matter.
You don’t care about black lives matter but you care about defending lil Wayne. You need to get some priorities about yourself and stop living for a celebrity.
Who said I didn’t care? Well clearly your priorities should not be with me since your so caught up b****. I don’t give a f*** about lil Wayne. I live for freedom of speech. People f*** up in life. It happens get over it!
Bye Wayne. She was asking a legit question about how would YOU feel if another man went around referring to her as those derogatory terms just like you do all the time.
I hope your faves are classy divas or something like that? Im thinking Aretha Tina Diana Minnie Ripperton the works gal. Not them slutty current artist who use s** to sell. talk about derogatory ay.
Lil Wayne just said fuckkk you poor n***** and y’all struggle I’m rich America cares about my life and now he apologizing cuz he losing fans in real life? Nah bruh.
Too late. He already burned that bridge with the people who supported him the most.
Toya always says he’s in his own world.
More like crack park lane with his skater boy people
He should of said no comments next question
I agree
Too many double standards on this site. I am not here for it today.
But yet you are here going to bat for wayne on everybody comment. Shut you’re here just for it.
Well your clearly here for it too. Talk about priorities. Touch a nerve did I.
Practice what you preach b****. I don’t recall one person on this site who stans for lil Wayne. Why do you think I would be the first? Just bcuz I don’t agree does not mean I Stan. I Stan for me, remember that.
I think he said that cuz he knows full well that he has nothing to loose. Just ignore him and let’s move the hell on✌?️??
Preach !!
He’s only apologizing because he saw the backlash. What I saw wasn’t anger it was straight apathy and exactly what some of these “untouchable” artists feel about social movements. Wayne only sees BLM as money and doesn’t really believe in it. He can take his apology, horrible songs, and roach looking self back to the sewers he came crawling out of.
Lol now everyone is upset because they listened to a drug addict who flip flopped his words and made all those folks that defended him yesterday feel like idiots. LMAO good move Wayne lol.
