When they went their separate ways members of the group Xscape permeated Pop culture by penning cuts for the likes of Destiny’s Child and TLC.
This year, the ladies have put their differences aside to ensure that their own Pop culture standing remains in tact by reuniting!
Their first stop?
The Essence Festival!
We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate the return of Xscape than in New Orleans with our fans at the world famous, Essence Festival. Essence Fest is so much more than a music festival, it’s a celebration of culture, music and entertainment. We are excited and honored to be included in an incredible line up of artists and performers, including the living legend, Diana Ross!
The event kicks off on June 29th and ends on July 2nd!

They already did that at Essence Fest 2015. I was there. It was just the Scott sisters on a stage in the convention center singing Xscape songs. Nothing against them, but not a lot of people were into their performance. At first it was hard to tell if it was actually them performing or if it was a talent competition.

A lot of her HATERS WASN’T because she can carry a note & her fans are HARD OF HEARING!! ✌??

Xscape have too many hits… its a shame that the U.K don’t have these kind of festivals (or artists) on our shores

Some people raging on Kandis vocals I love her voice I love all their voices my fave female vocal group period!! Can’t wait for this ??
I think their voices compliment each other. I don’t like the tone of Kandi’s voice alone (or the other lead singer) but it works in my opinion when all 4 ladies sing together. They each can b sing but some voices are just better in a group rather than solo.
Im glad that they are back

The harmonizing is better overall IMO
Her voice is best with ad libs not Solo’s
I’m digging it’s a new eye on them now since we came to get to know them via reality TV shows
