I agree. Legally you do NOT have to tell your s|ex partners if you have h|erpes as long as you are on medication to prevent outbreaks. It is not the same thing as H|IV and A|IDs. If I were Usher’s lawyers I would just sit back and let the lawsuits pile up and then file a motion to dismiss on each one because there is no legal precedent in any state that supports criminal charges or civil damages for not telling a s|ex partner about a h|erpes diagnosis. The only exception to that rule is if you have a h|erpes outbreak and knowingly infect an unsuspecting s|ex partner. Even then h|erpes outbreaks are very noticeable so unless these “women” are getting f|ucked in pitch black lights they would have to have seen the green discharge or g|enetal w|arts if he indeed infected them.
