Nicki Minaj‘s brother Jelani Maraj is determined to escape prison and has filed paperwork he hopes will see claims that he raped his eleven-year-old step-daughter out of court.

Maraj was found guilty of the heinous crime and is currently living life behind bars without support of his sister Nicki who has reportedly disowned him.
This week his attorney filed a petition he hopes will see his conviction tossed out of court as the world learns more about the sickening acts he is said to have forced the African-American child to carry out.
Nassau County Supreme Court Judge Robert McDonald has yet to rule on attorney David Schwartz’s motion to vacate the guilty verdict against his client.
Yeah right nah its not going happen.
As he should they were lying on him…. they asked for money when he refused they prosecuted… he is being railroaded by the judicial system and of course the blacks will sit there and not say or do anything to help him out
