Taylor Swift has been praised by fans after she reportedly made the decision to fire one of her dancers after uncovering some of their worryingly vulgar and disturbing social media messages.
Under 18?
This one isn’t for you.

Taylor, whose latest tour is currently sweeping up a wave of positive reviews, is said to have booted him from her act after seeing the nasty messages.
Quite interestingly, there are some who feel his dismissal was unwarranted…
If taylor & her team were to fire toshi for this he could sue them for violating his 1st amendment rights. The only way they could legally do it would be if there was a clause in his contract explicitly stating he can’t post offensive content on social media.

Unpopular opinion:
I dont think Toshi should be fired. I think he's currently suspended. I think Taylor is known for second chances and while what Toshi said was wrong and unacceptable, I think firing him would be taking away a chance for him to learn and grow.— brianna banana / rep MANCHESTER 1 & 2 (@fragileflame13) May 29, 2018
It‘s her right to fire him. And to the one with the 1st amendment, maybe she gave him a severance. But I can totally understand why she doesn’t want to work with him anymore.
Toshi is a typical over-needy queen who thought he was untouchable because he was working with Taylor. Career Over.
Wow how can a kid be so misaligned with life? To be that sexist at that age in today’s world, whilst working in a creative dance industry that is supposed to be accepting of all. Kid suddenly got a rude awakening. Hopefully he turns his life around
Bye Felicia!
Why are you still here go away TROLL.
Oh well it happens…
Maybe Charli XCX should be let go for using racist language as well…
hmmmmm
He’s a real dummy. First amendment protects your right to say what you want, but it doesn’t protect you from the consequences of saying what you want.
