With over a billion dollars generated worldwide, the reboot of ‘Jumanji’ proved a mega-success last year.
It’s little wonder then that studio bosses want in on more of the action and have officially commissioned another instalment of the action adventure.

The news was trumpeted by lead Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.
Hollywood’s highest paid star took to social media to reveal that the sequel to his incarnation of the franchise Robin Williams popularised will hit theaters on December 13th 2019. Just in time for Christmas.
Per his post, right-hand man Kevin Hart will also be returning for more fun-filled theatrics:
Echoing earlier sentiments, money talks and ‘Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle’ made a bucket-load of it. So, this was all sorts of expected.
The last film made for a solid watch, so here’s hoping the sequel delivers.
I enjoyed the reboot more than the original. Was pleasantly surprised after watching. Looking forward to the sequel.
Jumanji should stay a legend status movie and not just a bunch of movies thrown from left to right.
