Kelly Rowland took vocal flight tonight on ‘The Voice Australia’ finale.
The Grammy winner has proven to be one of the most popular additions to the hit show and has shone consistently in her role as a coach.
One of said moments occurs when she hit the stage with her contestant Zeek Powers.
Together, they delivered a spirited rendition of Michael Jackson‘s 1995 smash ‘Earth Song.’
While Zeek didn’t take home the win (that honor went to Diana Rouvas), the pair did deliver a winning performance.

This song isn’t easy to sing live, I don’t even know if MJ ever did a performance that sounds like the record or even better.
I love Kelly so much. I met her several times, not just hello/goodbye, I got to sit down with her a few times, talk for a while. She’s a real sweetheart, really. Absolutely adorable, down to earth.

Hate to break it to you but Kelly Rowland is JUST AS TALENTED as Beyonce,vocally Beyonce is maybe one level ahead but their overall dancing and artistry is on par. Hell,some have even argued that Kelly boasts more complicated and inventive choreographies but that is somewhat debatable and they seem to have the same level of stage presence ,each to their own
As soon as I saw her I was getting dark skin Beyonce vibes and I’m here for it. She should be giving us the same quality as Bey because they came from the same group.
I love Kelly and I realise that the biggest Problem is the budget. Labels should invest more money in her Music and especially in her Live shows! She is a Black Superstar!!

Nah. All of her released albums have songs that could of been major hits on them. Especially the Here I AM record. Motivation & Commander were perfect starts, and had the world interested, but the label dropped the ball. She had WAY more hits on that album, it could have been her Control album, it was THAT good.

??? Kelly Rowland is still so shakey, hit and miss live. The way her voice starts cracking at the end??It’s disappointing to be a fan at times. Kelly Rowland isnt on Beyonce’s level because she’s always been pretty mediocre live outside of the group. Not to mention dropping the ball everytime for album promotion campaigns. Picking the wrong single EACH and everytime. Ignoring her dope albums a few weeks after release. Then giving questionable live performances. Kelly isnt on Beyonce’s level in anything. Don’t let those social media-blogs history revisionist fool you. There’s a reason Beyonce is a star now. Had nothing to do with her skin tone either. Kelly Rowland isn’t even seeing Michelle vocally sometimes. It’s been 6 years since Kelly’s last album! Know what we got for waiting? A 3 song throw away vault material EP and a hot single that she completely ignored after a month. Kelly Rowland is the reason she has to do the voice in Australia, not Beyonce or anyone else for that matter.
Try comparing Kelly to someone besides Beyonce for a change. She sounds amazing on this song and even better on RunAway Train with BoyGeorge. Pple like you just insist on discrediting her cause you’re too busy hating.
I completely agree. I think people just aren’t intelligent enough to not compare her to her counterpart. They love to say she isn’t on her level then why compare everything she does? Why? Because she is the only one who can compete against Beyoncé. BiG dot… peridot!
