Mrs. Bryant submitted a 72-page complaint against Island Express Helicopters Inc to the Los Angeles County Superior Court after her loved ones and nine others died in a tragic helicopter crash last month.

Wow. But why? What does she get out of this? I wholeheartedly don’t get it. It was an accident and she certainly don’t need the money. So why put yourself thru even more agony with a lawsuit?

Whether it be her or not we can’t say the other families certainly wouldn’t had made this same move. If what we been told being reported is true that the helicopter shouldn’t had gone through the fog then justice needs to be done despite the tragedy.

We there has been numerous outlets reporting that it was Kobe himself who forced the pilot to fly despite warning. I even heard that there was a 1st pilot who refused to fly so Kobe got another. So….if anything I can see the other family members filing suits but not Vanessa. Just my opinion.

      1. So it never happens again to someone else
      2. Because this could have been prevented
      3. Because she is in a position/afford to sue on behalf of all the families involved
      4. Money isn’t always the reason someone takes legal action. She is grieving and feels some kind of justice will bring her piece
      5. Even if she wins. Of course the money will go to charity or to help the other families involved

So you really think her filing a lawsuit is going to stop demanding celebrities from “forcing” flights despite warnings? Trust me, when you have money….no is never the answer.

Also the fact that she’s grieving is my point exactly. You’re grieving, go grieve. Why spend time on a lawsuit where no good will come out of it. Regardless if you have the resources. What if they turns out the wrong way and the company actually have evidence that it was Kobe himself that made the ultimate decision? This is just going to cause more unnecessary grief.

Meme you serious need to stop listening to gossip and get your facts together before you comment.

      1. Kobe didn’t force the pilot to do anything and he didn’t change pilots, he’s had the same pilot for years.
      2. The helicopter was missing the important device that alerts you when you’re too close to a terrain and mountain which most likely would’ve prevented the crash.
      3. The helicopter company and its pilots aren’t licensed to fly in bad weather but the company gave the pilot clearance to fly anyway.
      4. The only people that knew the company didn’t have license to fly in bad weather was the company and pilot. They were the only people that knew about the importantmissing device.
      5. Do you actually think Kobe and the other parents would’ve put their kids on that helicopter if they knew the pilot literally couldn’t see, the helicopter didn’t have license to fly in bad weather and the helicopter was missing the device to alert of terrains and mountains????
