Mary J. Blige is back.
The Queen of Hip-Hop Soul revealed to the Los Angeles Times that her new album will be out later this year.
Her words below:
“It will be out this fall or winter.”
She then went on to describe the project, saying:
“It’s about life, love, struggle, but mostly triumph. Because I’m learning how to rejoice in the valleys and the droughts.”
Her last album, ‘Strength of a Woman,’ was released three years ago and reached the Top 5 on the Billboard 200 chart.
Earlier this year, she released the song ‘Can’t Be Life’ in conjunction with her film ‘Body Cam.’
