If Jessie J keeps this up then her ‘Who You Are’ album won’t have any problems entering the Billboard 200 at #1! The British songbird hit the stage for a 2nd time on ‘The Ellen Degeneres Show’ today, this time with an exciting rendition of ‘Price Tag’, continuing to extend her string of high profile promotional appearances.
Jessie will return to a television screen near you next week where she is expected to perform on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ on April 18th. Peep her ‘Price Tag’ rendition below:
when I say I LOVE HER, WOW !!! shes killin it !!!
LOVE this!!!!
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She makes me proud 🙂
Come on America, please make her No.1!!!!
FREAKIN LOVE HER
@KEESHA
LOVE THE FACT THAT YOU LOVE TALENTED ARTISTS AND COMMENT
“Acting so damn meysssssterius”…YASSSS! Jesslay better sang 🙂
Idk why the music makes me want to start singing Billionaire? It has a little reminisce of that song…
I prefer Nobody´s perfect but this was so good again!!!
Really? Does she have a chance of being #1 next week? If she does I swear I´ll go crazy. Adele, Jessie, Gaga dominating 2011. Talent on top again. It was about time. Those untalented h*** need to retire, their time is up
YAYA JESSIE!!! wanna make the world dance…. forget about the price tag..
I’ve been listening to her album non stop this week! I’m loving it. My favorite tracks are Stand Up, Price Tag, & Who You Are. I prefer Chris’s I need this over Jessie’s though.
Amazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzing! This girl has more talent and charisma in her little finger than rihanna has in her whole 6 year career!!!!!!!
………………………………………………………………….
She’s talented but the song sucks, it has one of the most annoying hooks since Drake’s “You fancy huh” and that other mess that was said after that. YUCK! Jessie is a talented writer but her music doesn’t even fit her image. She’s singing an underdog folk like song. That seem’s like Taylor Swifts next single. Looking like an edgy pop diva a la Gaga, Rihanna. I don’t really get her artistic point of view…. I’m not sure if there is a place for her in the niche driven female musical market.
@QUEENBEY
Who are you kidding?
You just threatened by someone who can compete with Bey. xo
I haven’t had a chance to listen to her album, but I LOVE this song. It really speaks to me. Damn, the UK is kicking our ass in churning out talent!
@ Queen Bey:
For someone who’s always complaining about haters, you sure are acting like one right now… or is that even really you? I wouldn’t put it past a troll to impersonate Queen Bey as well. Let’s hope that is the case here.
@ Timmi:
Jessie is nothing like Bey nor is she aiming to come for her, so how would she be her competition?
@ True Blue
I’m sorry to say it is me. Now that I read that comment I can see how it can come off as shade. I guess I was in a way shading her in a way. I don’t really like her songs. But I admire her talent. I just don’t see her fitting in. Not that she should, or even try to. But that is the dynamic of pop music. I won’t say I was hating because I complimented her talent and her look. I just don’t understand her point of view in music yet. You see where I’m coming from @ True Blue?
@ Timmi I don’t even bother to argue with people over Beyonce because she is a proven force NO ONE can come for BEYONCE! She is already a living legend!
Her look does not match her sound lol…
@ Junior in Jamaica Thats what I have been trying to say! She looks like a fierce pop diva, but her music is like folk alternative. I don’t get her yet.
Love her soooo much! They still should of waited to put her album out!
She’s friggin amazing but she needs to do interviews and let America connect with her, nobody knows her personality and persona yet in America… Ppl like Katy perry may not be vocally outstanding lie Jessie J but their personalities shine through very well, and that is 99% the reason why some of these popstars are famous and successful… Jessie is actually very funny and down to earth and that’s not coming across YET!!!
@TRUE BLUE
I agree they are totally different artists. But when it comes down to it, they will be competing in the same charts and they will be competing for the same awards.
