Time flies! Just ask Usher, who is today celebrating the 25th anniversary of his sophomore album ‘My Way’ in fine fashion.
For, the 8x GRAMMY winner has unwrapped the aptly titled ‘My Way [25th Anniversary Edition]’ in salute to the much-loved LP.
Released on September 16, 1997, the album (which was recently certified 7x Platinum) is home to many of Mr. Raymond’s most revered hits.
The freshly released expanded version includes the original record, alongside an expanded set of tracks. Specifically, reimagined versions of ‘My Way,’ ‘Nice and Slow,’ and ‘You Make Me Wanna.’
Helmed by producer Ryan James Carr, the new incarnations are influenced by the stripped-back, band-branded composition of his viral appearance on Tiny Desk.
