As Tori Kelly continues to sweep up critical acclaim for her latest body of work, the ‘Tori‘ EP, she’s giving music lovers yet another reason to spin the 7-song set courtesy of the official music video for its housed tune, ‘Cut.’
“You don’t want a cut if it’s not with me / You ain’t get this love from nobody else / I’m the only one you know who take control / I know you know,” she wails on the chorus of the Tenroc and Jon Bellion-produced track.
In the song’s accompanying visual, Kelly and her girls Kiana Lede and Ashley Graham have a night on the town – turning up everywhere from a parking lot to a convenience store, Chinese restaurant, and club.
See all the high-energy, Courtney Phillips-directed action inside.
‘Cut’ is the second song from ‘Tori’ to get the video treatment and follows the warmly received ‘Missin U.’
Love the video and song
I wish she was remotely interesting. It’s just something very bland going on there even though she technically has a nice sounding voice. Just nothing there. Never found her even a little exciting. No edge.
Even she is Blackfishing, cant deny this is a bop@
Blackfishing how? She’s half black.
She has a great voice but her music is so boring. Even now she’s decided to start visibly embracing her blackness -because that’s fashionable- it feels forced and she’s still so bland and forgettable.
